Manageritalia is the National Federation of executives, senior staff and professionals in the world of commerce, transport, tourism the advanced services sector, which represents more than 35.000 managers in Italy. Its principal aim is to support and defende them, promote their role and contribute - together with the political establishment and other economic, social and cultural organizations (national and international) - to the economic growth and social progress of our country. Operating by a democratically elected decisional system representative of their 15 local Associations and an organizational structure committed to make membership more wider shared, Manageritalia acts on national and local level emboding its members about the drawing up of collective contracts, disputes and relations with corporations, authorities and institutions.
