First public release of NorthPoint Solutions FileSytem Module

NorthPoint Solutions has developed a FileSystem Module to decrease the amount of overhead associated with storing binary assets in the virtual file system (VFS). The FileSystem Module will allow OpenCms users to upload binary assets to the real file system (RFS) through an html interface, and provide a reference to those binary assets by dynamically creating a FileType content type in OpenCms. Also included in this module is a search implementation of the the binary assets through the reference object in OpenCms. Users can search the VFS and the search results will display a link to the binary assets in the RFS.
